When you visit Playsqor on a web or mobile device, you are presented with the option to Play For FREE in DEMO MODE or to Play to Win CASH in CASH MODE. If you choose to play for FREE in DEMO Mode, you can play for free free with a limited amount of tokens, which have no monetary value. At any time during your risk free trial, you can upgrade your account to CASH, make a deposit and start playing for real money. Please be aware, when you upgrade your account to CASH, your Demo tokens and any Demo tokens you win, will no longer be available for use or review.
The Handicap is the number of fantasy points by which one side must defeat the other side:
Athlete A -1.5 FPTS vs. Athlete B +1.5 FPTS
In this case, if Athlete A finishes with 5 FPTS and Athlete B finishes with 4 FPTS, Athlete B wins, since his handicap is +1.5. and he was only outscored by 1 fantasy point.
Playsqor is a legal fantasy game under Federal and State law, passed by the US Federal Government in 2006, the Unlawful internet Gambling Enforcement Act (UIGEA) included an exemption indicating the legality of fantasy sports. The exemption reads as follows:
"Participation in any fantasy or simulation sports game or educational game or contest in which (if the game involves a team or teams) no fantasy or simulation team is based on the current membership of an actual team that is a member of an amateur or professional sports organization and meets the following conditions:
All prizes and awards offered to winning participants are established and made known to the participants in advance of the game or contest and their value is not determined by the number of participants or the amount of fees paid by participants.

The minimum deposit is $10.00; the minimum withdrawal is $1.00. Deposit funds using your Credit Card, Debit Card, Pre-Paid and Gift Cards as well as Apple Pay.
You can withdraw your money at any time by Bank Check. If you have signed up for E-Payments from Playsqor, your Bank Check request will be processed as an E-Payment and sent directly to your bank account, similar to a bank wire. Check and E-payment withdrawal requests will take approximately 7-10 business Playsqor days. may request additional information before your withdrawal is approved. You may be requested to provide your mailing address and SSN before the withdrawal is processed in the event that your annual net winnings exceed $599, in which case Playsqor is required to file a 1099-MISC tax form.
Any customer that wins in excess of $ 599.00 (USD) in a calendar year will be required to submit their social security number to conform to IRS requirements. These winners will receive a 1099 – Misc. Income form from Hot Roster in January of each year. Winners of $599.00 or more will not be able to withdraw funds from their account until they have provided this information.
Playsqor will make every attempt to contact the prize winner through all communication methods available to us (email, U.S. Mail, telephone) to obtain the necessary information. However, if we fail to contact the prize winner and obtain the required information after one year, the prize winner forfeits the funds to Hot Roster.

In the event that a scheduled game is cancelled, postponed or suspended for any reason or moved from its scheduled venue, all matchups involving that game will have no action. If an athlete does not play, the customer’s purchase will downgrade to the next lower purchase unless this action results in fewer than 3 matchups on the roster, in which case the roster will be cancelled and the customer refunded the purchase price. If a roster is downgraded to a three match-up roster, the payout will be 5 for 1 for a winning roster.
